2. Service description

PrimeHabit is a paid online membership that offers general educational content related to lifestyle, fitness, daily habits, productivity, discipline and self-improvement. PrimeHabit is not a medical, psychological, legal, tax, financial or professional advisory service. The content is for general educational and informational purposes only.

3. Membership plan and price

The standard monthly membership price is €19.99 per month, unless another price is clearly shown at checkout. The subscription gives access to digital membership resources for the active billing period.

4. Account registration

To use the membership, you may need to create an account with accurate information, including a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.

You must not share, resell, copy, distribute or publish member-only content without written permission from PrimeHabit.

5. Payment processing

Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Available payment methods may include card payments and selected digital wallets, depending on provider availability, location and checkout configuration.

PrimeHabit does not store full payment card numbers on this website. Payment providers may apply their own terms, security checks and payment rules.

6. Digital delivery and access

PrimeHabit is a digital service. No physical product is shipped. After successful payment, access is normally provided digitally through the member area, email instructions, account access or community access. In rare cases, activation can take a few minutes because of payment confirmation or technical processing.

7. Renewal and cancellation

The monthly membership renews automatically until cancelled, unless clearly stated otherwise at checkout. You can request cancellation by following the available account instructions or by contacting info@primehabit.online.

Cancellation stops future billing. It does not automatically refund a previous billing period that has already started or digital access that has already been provided.

8. Refunds

Refunds are handled according to the Refund Policy. Because PrimeHabit provides digital content and access may begin immediately after payment, refund eligibility may depend on whether access has been used, whether digital content has been delivered, and the reason for the request.

9. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with the service, upload harmful code, abuse support, violate other members' rights or use the membership for unlawful purposes.

10. Educational disclaimer

PrimeHabit content is general educational content. Any fitness, lifestyle or habit-related information should be used responsibly. PrimeHabit may update, add, remove or change content and features to improve the membership.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PrimeHabit is not responsible for indirect losses, loss of profits, loss of data, personal decisions made based on general educational content or issues caused by third-party services.
